1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PlugoPress products (including PlugoSpeed) or visiting plugopress.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Free Plugin License

PlugoSpeed (free version) is licensed under theGNU General Public License v2.0 or later. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license. The plugin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

3. Pro License (Coming Soon)

PlugoSpeed Pro, when available, will be licensed per-site. License terms, pricing, and seat counts will be defined at the time of release. Early access and waitlist members will be notified directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PlugoPress products to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from Pro versions

5. Intellectual Property

“PlugoPress” and “PlugoSpeed” are trademarks of PlugoPress. The PlugoPress name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law.

Open-source components included in our plugins retain their original licenses (GPL, MIT, Apache, etc.) as documented in each plugin’s source code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUGOPRESS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGINS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUGOPRESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

8. Third-Party Services

PlugoSpeed integrates with the Google PageSpeed Insights API. Use of that service is subject to Google’s own Terms of Service. PlugoPress is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlugoPress is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
